Biography

Servanda (Silvanda) "Anna" (Romero Martin) Gomez Carvajal was born about 1856 in Arcos de la Frontera, Spain.^[1] She was the daughter of Francisco Romero and Maria Vicenta Martin.^[2]

Silvanda married António Gomez Carvajal on the 30th of May 1874 in Albolote, Granada.^[2][3] In 1885 their son Miguel was born. They had a daughter, Minnie, in 1899 in Atarfe.^[4] After that they migrated to Hawai'i. Silvanda and António migrated to Hawai'i in 1913, arriving on the 4 of June.^[5] With them was their son (?) Juan and daughter Minnie.
